Harry, when my father died in 2000, he rang me from the UK and it was like someone ringing from heaven. He just said ‘Harry here’ in this low docile voice, ‘Harry here’, and oh my God, you know, Harry! I thought we were very close as individuals, even though I was a stubborn prick in my day, and he had to prick me a few times.
